Hello everyone,  hang in there while I take off my workboots!!

I'm stressed out, getting the new restaurant ready, which is the whole reason for this little blog.

The new eating house is very close to opening. In fact it opens on 8th November 2008! Wow!!

Both me and Bill are running around, making it lovely and nice for all of you.

Pop your head in and have a look if you fancy, you could even bring us tea and cakes.....I'm sure we deserve a break.

The management team at the new place will be:

Steven as manager - you'll know him from the Jesmond days

Alice as assistant manager - she's the lovely French girl who used to work in Jesmond too

and a guy called Jamie as our super head chef. Jamie made his name at the Fishermans Lodge in Jesmond Dene - he won the first ever North East Chef of the Year award

Of course you'll still see Bill and me in and round the place.

For those of you who don't know where the new eating house is; we're on Dean Street in a fab building called Milburn House. It's built like a ship you know, the top floor is A floor and we're in the basement on G floor.

Easy directions: Walk down Dean Street and we are on the right hand side, next to the mini roundabout at the bottom. Loads of car parking in Dean Street multi storey car park opposite. Wow!!
