Well well well!

We've finally done it.

Our lovely sheep have gone to slaughter.

We took them to a lovely little slaughterhouse (if slaughterhouses can be lovely) in Westgate, County Durham called Natrass's, run by Malcolm and James. They really care about standards there, ensuring that the sheep are well looked after until the bell finally tolls for them.

The good thing is, is that they're on our menu. Teesdale mutton mmmmm!

Poor old Bill though. After all the 'sheep admiring' that he's done over the last couple of years, he's going to have to learn to be without them. How will he cope?

Suppose he can put his 'special gloves' away for a while now!!

Oh and by the way, April sees 2 for 1 at lunchtime for Real Food Club members! So come try out our new menu
