We've got a new chef at our durham restaurant. When I say new I should say she's been here for over 2 months.

The lady in question is Bernadette Morson - she's our new apprentice chef.

She'd like a baby pig for Christmas (hopefully not to eat, as she normally spends her day cutting up wild boar from Wild Boar Bob!)

Shes got 2 amazing facts - she has pierced ears and 2 cheeky dimples!

She has 6 dogs and 5 ferrets

Her favourite ice cream is Mint. Mmmmm!
